Kristian Bush is an American folk rock and country musician. From 1990 to 2001, Kristian was a member of the folk rock duo Billy Pilgrim along with Andrew Hyra. After leaving Billy Pilgrim, Bush joined Jennifer Nettles and Kristen Hall in the group Sugarland as background vocalist and guitarist.
To hear Jennifer Nettles tell it, it's a brand new day in Sugarland. Despite winning multiple Grammy, CMA and ACM awards - and selling more than 8 million records - the country-music duo of Nettles and Kristian Bush is embracing a creative rebirth, a musical awakening that permeates their adventurous fourth album, The Incredible Machine.
And what they've created is a dynamic masterwork. Co-written and co-produced in full by Jennifer and Kristian, The Incredible Machine is a soaring album elevated by sky-high choruses, ringing guitars, and pulsing drums that recall the beating of the album's titular engine, the human heart. Kristian describes it as a collection of anthems - and there may be no greater understatement. If the duo was searching for the grander side of country on their last record, the double platinum Love on the Inside, they've obviously found it on The Incredible Machine.

Hugh MacLeod is a cartoonist who makes his living mostly drawing "Cube Grenades" for clients and publishing fine art prints via the internet. MacLeod is a well-known thought leader for his insights into how Web 2.0 affects advertising and marketing.
After a decade of working as an advertising copywriter Hugh started blogging at www.gapingvoid.com in 2001. He started off just publishing his cartoons, but as time wore on he started blogging about his other main interest -- marketing.
In 2004 he wrote "Ignore Everybody" and "The Hughtrain", which were both widely read with over a million downloads in total.
Hugh is a highly sought after public speaker, having presented sessions in both Europe and the U.S. about Web 2.0 and the ramifications it has on business.
Hugh's basic mantra about blog and Web 2.0 marketing is "It's a good way to make things happen indirectly," a point he asserts that is lost on many corporate types.
